How much does AI leadership training cost?
AiT Agency runs a four-tier ladder: a free 60-90 minute AI Leadership Briefing; a flagship AI Leadership Intensive workshop at $7,500-12,000 flat (half or full day, on-site, up to 20 leaders); an AI Enablement Cohort at $2,500-3,500 per seat or $25,000-40,000 per organization (4-6 weeks); and an ongoing AI Enablement Retainer at $6,000-12,000 per month.
What makes this different from other AI training or AI literacy courses?
Most AI leadership training sells the productivity story alone — how to get more efficient with AI. AiT Agency adds a governance layer that pure training companies and academic programs structurally can't offer: every workshop ends with a real governance guardrail or policy your compliance team will actually sign off on, not just a productivity strategy. Is this the same as Intelligent Group's AI Enablement Academy?

Do I need to already be an AiT Agency or Intelligent Group client to book training?
No. AI leadership training is open to any organization. The free AI Leadership Briefing is the easiest way to start — it is a no-pitch, 60-90 minute live session with no obligation to continue to a paid tier.
What happens after the training — do you also build AI tools for us?
Optionally, yes. AiT Agency's other pillar is custom AI worker development (Blueprint, Build, and Managed tiers, $2,500-75,000). Training and building are separate offers — you can do either independently — but many organizations use the AI Enablement Retainer as the bridge: once your team has a governance framework in place and has identified a real process worth automating, a custom AI worker build is the natural next step.
